Product DescriptionThe distinguishing feature of the Gränsfors Hand Hatchet is its short handle relative to the size of its head. It is extremely practical to carry in your rucksack on forest walks, or to keep in the car as it takes up very little space. The shape of the sheath, which covers the edge and the top part of the poll, also stops the axe head cutting into your rucksack. The Hand Hatchet makes an excellent scouting and camping axe. Despite its short handle, the axe can be used to fell small trees. It is also great for limbing and for splitting kindling and firewood. If product arrives in damaged shipping and buyer accepts damaged packaging, buyer accepts the liability of the contents of the damaged packaging along with contents. No exceptions will be accepted if buyer accepts damaged packaging and no claims will be accepted by seller.
