ZPacks Hexamid Solo Tent With Poncho Floor
Estimated price for orientation: 406 $
Category: Tents
Class:
Description
One of the lightest fully-enclosed shelters in the world. This Hexamid Solo Weighs 558g (19.6oz) INCLUDING the removable poncho floor, all the stakes and stuff sacks pictured. The tent features waterproof Cuben Fabric with fully taped seams, single wall design with no seeum net walls and floor, excellent ventilation, and the optional Cuben Fiber poncho bathtub floor. The removable poncho floor is a ZPacks innovation which allows your raingear to pull double duty as a fully waterproof bathtub floor for your tent. The poncho goes INSIDE the mesh floor (another ZPacks innovation, see a pattern?) to keep you and all your stuff dry if you set up on wet ground. I've had this out on multi-day trips in the rain, and it really works as advertised. Check out the ZPacks website for more details, photos, setup videos, and instructions. The only hole happened this morning when I got the tent out for photos. You can kind of see it in photo#6, and I've included a tent stake for scale in the last photo. The hole should be easily repairable with a McNett Gear Aid mesh repair kit. This is a 2014 model WITH the integrated beak. HIKING POLE NOT INCLUDED, SEE MY OTHER AUCTIONS. Thanks for looking, and happy bidding!
