Outwell Norfolk Lake 8 Berth TentPolycotton - which is cool in the summer and shuts out light for a good night's sleep.Windows can be opened fully to allow breeze to pass through.Has curtains and mosquito nets which can be open or closed.3 bedroom areas, 2 are 3 berth and 1 is a two berth. You can either have all in place or any combination which gives a fantastic enclosed living area.Main living area has a heavy duty zipped in groundsheet which keeps out draughts and bugs.Front kitchen area has a bath tub clipped in ground sheet.We have always stored it inside the house.Very sturdy tent, has stood up to various British weather when others around haven't.Has Outwell Electronical Cord System - for electric hookup.Hanging storage pockets.The previous owner, who bought the tent from new, had a couple of holes repaired by Somerset Camping & Caravanning - we have had no problems with these parts due to the excellent quality repair. There is also a taped area on the front groundsheet - again caused no problems.We are also selling the Bear Lake Side Extension in a separate listing which gives a great porch in poor weather to enable you to sit outside or to enter or exit the tent without the rain getting inside.Very heavy tent with strong alloy poles.Includes storage bags.For more information feel free to ask questions or search on the internet for further spec.Instructions are sewn into the tent bag.Collection only due to size and weight.
