We will gladly accept returns goods that are returned in new condition and original packaging, within 30 days from the receiving date. For voluntarily returned items that are opened or used, there is a 15% restocking fee. Special orders (in excess of $500.00) are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
In the unfortunate event that we have provided you with an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will provide a return shipping label.
Any refund for an undamaged package that is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier will be deducted a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping the package both to the customer and returning it to SJS Commercial.
