Both Headlight are in good condition. The Right Headlight has had the upper middle mounting point repaired, SEE PICTURE. Lenses are in great condition. All bulbs and ballasts are included with Headlights. Part numbers 6814 5684 AD 001 & 6814 5683 AE 001.
