This item is used, however, I replaced the blower motor and pan. It came with a cabin I purchased and I have since gone onto septic. If you don't have water or sewer available, this is a good option for your human waste needs. I have used it rarely, maybe twice. Works fine. It requires a 208V/20A receptacle on a dedicated circuit, (It will not plug into a standard wall outlet.). You will need to buy liners. For more info or a manual, please Google "Incinolet TR Model". Also, you may notice the cam clip is laying in the pan, I have a new one coming and I've found Incinlet to be very good with their customer service. Upon receiving your order, I will plug it in and take a video of it working (dry run, of course!).
