Tent is in very good used condition overall. It has some sand and soil inside from use and some light blemishes on the main body of the the tent but no damage at all that I could find. No stickiness, peeling seam tapes, or other age issues. Tent doesn't look like it was used that much at all. Main carrier can be used as a backpack. Comes with the foot print, 12 heavy duty steel stakes, pole repair sleeve, tent attic, and 3 guylines. I think there was a stuff sack for the poles at one time but that is not included.
