Extremely durable and usable all year around. Model designed in the 70's and still in service today. Exterior shell only been used once , liner is a bit older, but still in excellent shape, liner already installed and sturdier pole pin installed. Comes with the metallic pole base ( not plastic) and orange polymer pickets. Designed for cold weather specifically.
