PRICE REDUCED!! Rare Kieffer Ulla Salzgeber Rusty dressage saddle. This is one of the most comfortable saddles I have ever ridden in. Does not fit my current horse so I have to part with this amazing saddle. Purchased 8 years ago brand new for over $2500.00. This saddle has been ridden in less than 80 times. Was purchased for my first horse then stored indoors for a few years. In pristine condition for its age; always cleaned, and I use premium leather conditioner every couple of months. Tree is a "3" which is MW, seat is a "1" so is a 17" but sits like a 17.5. Saddle puts you in a great position, and knee rolls keep you secure but do not interfere with performance. Pommel is cut back to allow for taller withers, and channel is wide enough to provide clearance for the spine. Has beautiful blue piping and some stitching that is subtle but a unique and stunning touch. Hate to part with this saddle, but I need a narrow tree to fit my horse. Tree can be adjusted by a qualified saddle fitter, but not enough for it to work with my thoroughred mare. Minor wear on flaps and the writing underneath has been rubbed, but otherwise it looks almost brand new. Wool flocking still in good condition. I want this saddle to find a great home; it was my first really nice saddle, and I've taken great care of it and loved it over the years. It needs a job! Comes with beautiful red "velvet" Kieffer cover. Willing to negotiate price. Will not do trials. Price reflects minimal amount of use and current great condition.
