Hello E-Bayer's,   Today I am listing A Beautifully Rustic Blackthorn Shillelagh Walking Stick. I can only hope that you can see in the Pictures how truly Incredible the Colors are in this Blackthorn Shank, because it is one of the Things that makes me truly love working with the Wood every time I carve and Make a Shillelagh walking Stick. It is very Rare to Find a Bark on a Tree that is as amazing as the Purples and Reds are on a Blackthorn Shank. And this stick has them Both!!!!! I currently have this stick at 41" to the Center of the Handle, and 42" to the Top of the Handle, making this a Very Versatile Walking Stick or Staff?? I finished the Stick with 3 Coats of Boiled Linseed oil, Followed by 4 Coats of a Heard Wearing Polyurethane to keep this stick Beautiful and Waterproof for the Lifetime of this Stick. I can as I always do, cut this down to Whatever Length the New Owner would like it to be, and I will also include a Brass Ferrule on it.
