NO RESERVE!!!Amazing Original 1978 Dogtown Big Foot complete Skateboard with Early Indy Trucks (Likely Stage 1 Superwides!) and Orange Gyro Hub Wheels. Clear Stain color way. Wes Humpston graphics. Incredibly preserved! I was told this deck was bought by a Canadian while on vacation in California in late 1978, then brought back to be lightly skated for a couple of short summers and put away in the garage for decades. There were no pools to skate in Calgary! I haven't touched a thing on this board. I had it on display (out of direct sunlight) for a couple of years without even trying to clean out the grip tape or touch up anything. I figure if someone wants to restore it, they can have it 'farm fresh', without me screwing something up! In my opinion it's beautiful as is. The colors are vibrant and I had to double check it wasn't a repro. It's not!This is NOT a reproduction or collector's reissue, THIS IS A REAL ORIGINAL.Clear grip tape - as was the style back in the day - to show the stickers bought new with the deck (or that came with the trucks and wheels):- Rare Phoenix Trucks sticker- Rare Gyro Hub Wheels sticker- 2 D.T.S. Stickers- Stunning Dog Town cross bones winged sticker (not ever reproduced as far as I can tell, so a real vintage gem)- Vintage Independent Trucks stickers on front and back.Grip tape still has grip. So, you can unpack and ride if you want.Original Gyro Hub Wheels. Original bearings still spin like crazy. This is still a fantastic glider and puts most current long boards to shame. You will not find a cruiser this wide!Just look at these original Indy's!!! I don't know 100% if they're Stage 1 Independent trucks or not, but they are early judging by the 1978 or 79 purchase date! The trucks alone are likely worth a small fortune. They are in incredibly preserved shape.It's time for this legend to have a new home. It's heartbreaking to see it go, but I'm moving and need the cash and space. I will carefully pack for shipping.I will only accept returns if item received not as described in this ad.
