This tent was purchased to allow seller who has prostetic leg to continue camping as it was impossible to erect and take down the normal canvas frame tent anymore. The tent shown is pictured on the Croyde full size groundsheet which is NOT available with this tent. The actual tent being sold has the additional porch area not shown in the picture and can be fully closed off if required providing an area for storage separate from the living area. Their is a fully fitted groundsheet covering the sleeping area which is set for 3 double rooms which can be opened out to form 1 double and a double size double if required or open out for a full width bedroom. The living area has a door on each side with as you enter the tent a porch over the right hand door (poles included).also a flap by each door at ground level for electric hook up to be fed through. There is a door panel which seals off the living area to the outer porch which can be removed if required giving a large living space partially fitted with the fitted groundsheet. This tent normally comes with a hand air pump but is being sold with an 12v electric pump which can be used for almost full erection when the recommendation is to finalise with the hand pump to prevent over inflation of the air poles. As the seller will be no longer camping the following accessories are being made available with this tent should the purchaser require :1 camping table 3'x2'x3' high and folds flat for storage, 2 canvas camping arm chairs which fold flat, 1 camping twin burner stove with grill (used once) complete with gas bottle and regulator, 1 camping kitchen (used once) which folds flat and has it's own carrying bag, 1 double size air bed, 1 12v electric cool box, 2 5m long x1m high wind breaks complete with poles - guy lines and pegs (used once)  This tent with all these additional items will allow a family to camp taking from home just any cooking items required and sleeping bags. The seller can advise on camp sites previously used before becoming disabled located in N.Wales and South Devon which are highly recommended for cleanliness and facilities.
