Returns & Exchanges Policy You may return any item purchased for a full refund, provided it is unopened in its original packaging You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). The item must be returned to Outdoorcampingdirect in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.  Please note that Outdoorcampingdirect cannot take back returns of products purchased from other stores. We can only accept items returned in original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by our Distribution Centre. Product Warranty We offer a standard 3 months warranty period in most of our non-electrical products, and a 1 year statutory manufacturer's warranty in all our electrical products. Exchanges If you wish to exchange any items (change of size/colour/product) within 14 days of receiving your order, please complete the returns form and send the products back to us for a full refund. Please reorder your required items to ensure you receive your required items promptly. We can only accept items returned in original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by our Distribution Centre. Faulty or Incorrect item delivered If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to refund the cost of shipping. Order cancellation If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued, you must phone us immediately (not by email). Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge.
