Antique Studebaker Horse-Drawn Wagon
Estimated price for orientation: 2 600 $
Category: Other Driving Equipment
Class:
Description Country/Region of Manufacture: United States
Old horse-drawn wagon
with Studebaker running gear but the box is stenciled Grain King.
The wagon is not marked Studebaker but was bought as such from the wagon yard of Elmer Richardson in Bryson Texas years ago. The wagon is considerably weathered and would make a wonderful restoration project or beautiful Western yard decor as is.
Note: This wagon has a cracked coupling pole and I would not pull it with a team until restored. I have custom sawn 1" x 14" Poplar planks for rebuilding the box if you want them for an additional fee of $200.
Also included are 4 Oak wagon bows, seat, and the tongue. This his wagon is the rarer High Wheel or "butcher knife" style Trail Wagon. The rear wheels are 55 inches and the front wheels are 45 inches tall. I welcome any questions and will do the best I can to make sure you have the information that you need. Thanks
