I bought this device on the 25th of September 2016 for a remote expedition to eastern Nepal, to an unclimbed mountain on the Tibetan border. We got to within 50m of the top but were stopped by a dangerous cornice. I used the tracker in continuous mode for the final day only, see photo, the rest of the time it was used to send messages back home and the occasional spot tracking point to show our daily position. A fantastic system with superb base maps for those following your progress at home, see photo of our final day on the mountain. The unit is in perfect order, it was very well protected during the trip and has no scratches or marks. The battery life is fantastic, I re-charged once using a solar charger but could have done the whole trip on one charge using intermittently. I won't be going on any wild trips any time soon unfortunately hence the sale. Good luck. Feel free to ask any questions.
