This is a gently used, well maintained Beval Artisan Deep 17 1/5 inch saddle with a Medium Wide Tree and 2 Flap (long) Retails new for $2600 from the Beval Saddlery, CT NJ NY. This is a beautiful saddle in great used condition. Here is the description from Beval's website regarding this particular model:We at Beval have spent a great deal of time developing the Artisan saddle line. The result is a beautifully crafted saddle with many custom options and features. This saddle comes standard with knee and thigh blocks.The more modern design of the Artisan starts with a wider gullet, giving more comfort and mobility to the horse. An integrated panel places the rider in close contact to the horse, enabling them to apply accurate actions and responses, as they have a better feel for the horse. The panels also allow an even distribution of pressure along the horse’s back for greater fit and support. Each saddle is individually crafted of high quality leather that is pliant and soft, providing great grip as well as a short break in time.
