Gore-Tex Upper A textile and durable mesh has been used to construct the upper of the Skychaser which allows cool air to vent into the shoe as well as warm air to escape, therefore keeping your feet as cool, dry and comfortable as possible even in warmer conditions. Abrasion-resistant welding has also been used on the upper which offers support and protection to the foot as well as helping to prevent blistering and discomfort. Speed lacing construction has also been used allowing you to quickly and easily lace your shoes while maintaining a snug, comfortable fit. The lining of this shoe is made from GORE-TEX material which is fully waterproof to keep your feet dry even wet weather conditions but is still superbly breathable allowing excess moisture to escape. BOOST Midsole Medial and lateral support is offered thanks to the PRO MODERATOR™ feature in this shoe which allows this midsole to give extra support and stability that you require as you tackle different terrain and to help prevent injury as your foot is put into difficult positions on the unusual surfaces. Boost energy capsules have been used in the midsole of the Skychaser which unleash stored energy everytime your foot meets the ground for a bouncy, comfortable wear. Continental Outsole Continental rubber has been specifically chosen for the outsole of this shoe as it is known world-wide for having extraordinary grip properties, making it the perfect rubber to include in this trail shoe from gripping the unpredictable terrain you will face along the trail. Continental rubber is also known to offer better grip even in wet conditions than any other outsole offers in dry conditions and is made from the same material used in car tires and bike tires so you can be sure it is superbly durable and can handle whatever the trail throws its way.
