A massive old school beast of a canvas cabin tent measuring 16'6'x12' or 5m long x 3.7m wide and 2.2m high.
Roof is waterproof as is the floor (neither have rips nor holes).A bit grubby but still 100% functional for those wild beach parties.
It has two large rooms, both divided for privacy.
Can sleep 16 adults comfortable, more if you like cuddling.
Very airy and plenty of enormous screened windows to let light and breezes in during the day.
All poles and pegs are accounted for, nothing is missing.
This tent does not require any ropes, adding to the simplicity of getting it up.
Plenty of tie downs for the storm covers during wet and windy conditions.
Small 5x5cm rip at bottom of rhs wall as shown in pics.
Entrance zip is frayed at the start, hence won't zip up (zip and teeth are still in good nick).
Preferred payment cash or bank transfer.
Can post at buyers cost, just let me know your postcode and suburb for freight cost.
Pick up Ipswich or I can drop off locally.
