This is a gorgeous piece of hitched horsehair. Made in the style of Wyoming State Penitentiary although actually made at the Detention Center in Haskell, Texas in 2005-2007. This is NOT braided horsehair. It is a work of art rarely seen today. The colors are cream, brown and black.
