It was custom made, with built in D-rings so no need to buy ones to attach to the stirrup bars. Fits just about any horse, I can use it on my narrow thoroughbreds and my bigger warmbloods. Foam panels with a forward flap, perfect for taller riders or someone who likes to have shorter stirrups. I purchased it for over $4,500, it's a great deal with many more years of use.
