Vintage Eddie Bauer Kara Koram Blizzard Proof XL Mummy BagPre-owned, Eddie Bauer Kara Koram mummy bag; 1950's vintage, down filled, extra long, Blizzard Proof sleeping bag. Sky blue outer with Buddah gold inner nylon rip-stop shell. Double pull(inner/outer), full length zipper runs along right hand side, then arcs slightly to center, ending at draw-tite hood. Bag was professionally dry cleaned and seams inspected, with no rips, tears, punctures or signs of freying/loose stitching present. Down is not flattened is still maintains good loft. Slight stain/discoloration, from spilled coffee(pics #4, 5 & 10), showing around perimeter of hood and approximately 12" down draft tube; four minute spots(pic #9) on back side of bag. Original white construction tag faded with freyed edges and barely legible. allows for bag to be opened and used as comforter. Extra long size(84" from top of hood to toe), allows for storage of water bottles and gear to keep from freezing in extreme conditions.
