If you choose a sleeping bag that is too large it will feel cold, but so will a bag that is too tight! It is important that the sleeping bag and sleeping mat be combined for selection as this will lead to the desired temperature rating! This is why our mats also feature temperature ratings.COLD AND HUMIDITYWe recommend the use of a Vapour Barrier Liner in extreme cold weather and extended trips as it prevents condensations from freezing and increases the temperature rating of the sleeping bag by approximately 5°C (should a VBL not be used we recommend airing the bag regularly)PACKSACKThe included packsack is a water and dustproof compression sack. Stuff the sleeping bag into the packsack starting with the foot end, fold over the roll-top once and compress to expel as much as air as possible. Now roll the closure as many times as necessary, then close the buckle for effective compression. The packsack can now be formed to fit the available space in your pack. The included mesh storage sack can also be used as a bug net when placed over ones head to keep insects at bay.SLEEPING SYSTEMDesigned as a sleep system: As down and synthetic fillings have their own special characteristics, it is advisable for people traveling through varied climatic zones or seasons to create a sleep system by combining a synthetic filled sleeping bag (e.g. Litesyn 600) on the outside and a down filled sleeping bag (e.g. Lite 500) as a liner and pack it all into a bivy bag (e.g. BivyBag 100% eVent). We have kept this in mind while sizing our different sleeping bag models. For an all in one solution we recommend the Waterbloc series down filled sleeping bags that combine all the advantages into one product.CARE INSTRUCTIONHand or machine was with gentle cycle. Use lukewarm water and down detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Dry extremely thoroughly: lay out to dry or use a large volume tumble dryer at low temperature. Do not hang to dry, do not wring out water and do not iron. Do not use bleach or fabric softener and do not dry clean.Store your sleeping bag open or in the included mesh storage bag in a dry and dark area
