In excellent condition no rips and is 100%water proof , very large tent with zip in ground sheet, also comes with children's room and is made from Polycotton so is totally water proof and does not need to be sealed ever , and is warmer in winter and cooler in summer than the normal polyester tents , item is advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to remove at any time.
