Fabulous Vintage ALP Sport Day Backpack,Here is one of the original designs for ALP SPORT Inc./ Alpine Designs backpack. It is made of waxed cotton as weatherproofing, and has a leather bottom. The straps are sturdily reinforced with felt for long-term comfort and flexibility and endurance.It measures 17" by 13" by 7", and is of a size that could be put to everyday use as it has a fabulous vintage look!This backpack is rugged and sturdy and has been used. The only sign of wear is to the lining of the inside front pocket. Otherwise, it is in good vintage condition and ready for its next adventure. The label at the back says "A quality product by ALP SPORT Inc, Boulder Colorado USA". ALP Sport was founded in the 1960s and went on to become Alpine Designs.
