NOTE: Price to be dropped to $200 the afternoon of November 9th.I special ordered this rare Trangia cook stove set from REI in early 2001. I had just gotten married and my wife and I were fortunate to receive some ALL-CLAD pots and pans for wedding gifts, so I know how great that combination cooks.These Duossal pans and fry pan are like All-Clad kitchen ware, which combine the highly efficient thermal transfer of aluminum with the easy cleaning and durability of a steel lining/cooking surface. It's the best of both worlds, with the caveat that this combination is heavier than either pure aluminum or aluminum covered in non-stick. Because of the added weight (and I'm sure the added cost) of this construction method, Trangia discontinued the Duossal line of cookware and cook sets in 2008.I've used this on 3-4 snow camping trips, and 1 or 2 car camping trips. I'm obsessed with Swedish stoves (Optimus, Primus, Svea) and Trangia and I'm embarrassed to admit how many stoves and cook sets I've owned over the years. But the upside to that no individual item that I own gets a lot of use - and this set, while certainly used, is in remarkably good shape considering it's 15 years old. Some staining and signs of use, no dents that I can see but I'm sure there are some. This is used, please expect it to show signs of use.Includes: 2 Duossal saucepans, 1.75 and 1.5 litersDuossal frypan, 22 cmUpper and lower windshieldsSpirit burner, cap and simmering ringPot/pan handleTrangia storage/transport caseI'm downsizing my stove and cookware collection and buying backpacking gear for my sons, who came on their first backpacking trip this past summer.
