A lovely 1943 Vapalux 300x, it's 73 year old lamp and works great. This is the squat tank model which is steel and too is the frame. Made during WW2 when brass was restricted to the war effort Originally was grey but now dark red and it's ready for use. I have similar lanterns listed, they all work as they should. All new seals, pump washer and a non asbestos wick fitted. Lit it for an hour, always nice seeing your lamp actually working. It has a Bialaddin logo glass, a new mantle supplied.Please study all the pictures because they comprise an integral part of this description, it's an old lamp and as such will show signs of use, age, along with ware and tear.Will be wrapped and boxed VERY well, sent by tracked courier & to be signed for.
