This is similar to the Boosted boards if you are familiar. This board is made by a boutique manufacturer in the U.S. See the following link for comparisons to other electric skateboard on the market.
With a 3,000W peak electric motor, this is not a toy and will do 20MPH in the flats, and will climb most hills you can throw at it. The main advantage this board has to others is the range - this one is equipped with the 15 mile battery (LifePO4 -the same battery tech used in Tesla automobiles). Another nice thing about this is the regenerative braking, which allows you to safely descend hills you wouldn't dare bomb on a normal longboard.I have owned it about a year (originally purchased for $1,249) and have kept good care of this one, keeping the battery topped off when not in use, also making a point to give it a ride monthly to keep the battery from getting stale. The motor bracket has some scratches from going over speed bumps. There are some other light scratches on the deck. See pics. Everything functions great - it still pulls strong uphill.Includes remote and charger. Keywords: dual plus 2000W
