The Full Description
The Keb Endurance 2 tent is both light and extra sturdy, providing a reliable, comfortable shelter in even the harshest of environments. Tested by professionals in Scandinavian winter conditions, it can withstand snow, rain and strong winds, yet it's still a reasonable weight, making it the ideal choice for advanced trekking and long distance tours. The flysheet is made from Fjallraven's new high-performance TripleRip nylon, with 70 denier reinforcements on the bottom where it's most likely to experience wear and tear. The rest of the outer fabric is 40 denier nylon, which is still tough and weatherproof, but helps save weight in your pack as it's lighter. With a large vestibule / porch area and generous head height, you'll have a practical space for cooking, drying and storing gear, and just relaxing in after a hard day. There is a clothesline in the main sleeping compartment as well as in the porch, which is handy for hanging up a lantern or head torch as well as wet kit. You can choose which entrance to open up depending on the wind direction, and the doors are set to the side which helps shelter the sleeping area. Reflectors at the vents and doors, and reflective thread on the guylines make it easy to find your way back to the tent in the dark without tripping over. The adjustments and zippers have been designed for use with gloves on, and perform well in icy or snowy conditions.
