It has Lithium batteries and it comes with the charger. It also has a pursuit siren if you want to draw more attention. It's more fun than riding a moped. I am unsure of the year. I will take a video of it running and upload it. The stickers could easily be removed with a heat gun. We removed the numbers 213 and it was easy to peel off. You could customize this T3 or make it look like a police bike and pull your friends over.
