Item is in used condition. There are no stakes included in this lot. The pole for the rain guard is suppose to have it's own bag, but I did not see it. The picture that you see that is focused in on the pole that has joint on it does not stay firm all the time (picture #5). I did not stake the tent down and that may be the reason for this, but that one pole droops down some. The entire tent is completely attached with all of the poles already. Each leg extends until the orange button clicks into place. There are two sections that you connect the poles together. Those two sections have the red clamp on it. It took me about 5 minutes to pop it up and about 10 to take it down and fit it in the bag. It goes a lot quicker if you have someone else to help you. The item will ship in it's original bag that you see with shrink wrap around it. It is heavy and has some size to it.
