The closest lantern I can find is on page 92 of the Guide to Coleman Products 1900-1983. Open ball nut. No British Patent # on air intake. No markings on vent or fount. Approx. 13 5/8" tall. The bail attachment is round. There isn't much better than an Original Coleman made lantern with a nickel plated vent and fount. The plating may not be original.
