Residents of the 48 contiguous States have their items shipped via UPS ground from NJ and can expect a delivery time of 1-6 business days Residents of AK, HI, PR, APO, and FPO addresses may incur an additional charge on large items. Residents outside of the United States have their items shipped via USPS First Class airmail w/no tracking with a delivery time of 20 business days. Items shipped via U.S. Postal Service or Har Lee Rod Economy are not covered under any shipping or parcel insurance.      International Customers Payments can be made via Paypal, call in  1-732-577-8892. Items are shipped untracked and uninsured.   We do not accept wire or bank transfers as payment methods. Items that do not have an international shipping rate are not available for international shipping. Express shipping is tracked and insured and will take 4-10 days to arrive.

Any item valued over $250.00 must be shipped to the confirmed address on PAYPAL only no exceptions. If you plan on combining items please do NOT pay for items individually. If an item is paid for individually it no longer qualifies for discounts with other orders. Paypal E-checks take 3-5 business days to clear. No item will ship until these checks clear. Any item that arrives in a damaged or open carton must be reported to Har Lee and the shipping company within 24 hours. Any item that arrives defective must be reported to Har Lee within 72 hours. Any shortages must be reported to Har Lee within 24 hours. After 7 days of receipt of item Har Lee considers all sales final Each manufacturer carries a warranty on their products. Items must be returned to them for warranty repair or replacement. Items over the warranty period cannot be returned to either Har Lee or the manufacturer. All non-defective returns are either given a full store credit (less S&H) or a refund less re-stocking fee(s) of up to 25% Failure to comply with any of the above terms will result in delays and/or possible non shipment of an item. Buyer accepts all repsonsibility for providing the correct address. Any item not delivered due to a wrong address will be charged the full shipping price again.  We appreciate fast payment and will provide positive feedback within 14 days of receipt of the item.
