used, inner has a few tinny holes that have been repaired with tape, otherwise in perfect condition, no stakes includedIt's comprised of three parts that can be used as a modular system. You have the shell, which can be used on it's own if you don't mind sleeping on the ground. Then there's a floor, that can attach to the shell in case you don't want to sleep on the ground. Finally there's the nest which is essentially the floor with netting to keep the bugs out. If that doesn't make any sense this video shows the tent: It does come with a tent pole
