A second fabulous vintage original Tilley table lampModel is the KL 80 with a cream enamel finish to the tank, I believe this would have originally been a hanging lantern and there is wear to the collar enamel on the base to suggest this may have been the caseNew to the market and in unpolished condition, the brass top of the tank is subject to discolouration and surface scuffs but there are no dents or apparent damageLamp fitted with Pyrex 182 Heat Resistant globe Made in England shade Pat no impressed on rounded top of burner is indistinct presumably through usageI feel that in relation to the other lantern listed, the three screws holding the globe in place do turn around but do not have a nut on the inside - this does mean there is some play on the globe shade which has a sort of sprung mechanism- the other lamp has internal nuts which hold the glass globe shade very securely in placeShort stem, which appears to be steel constructionBrass pump is easily unscrewed as shownBase, not photographed, has wear commensurate with age and some surface rubbingBase is 6.25" in diameter across widest point (approx. 16cm) and lamp stands 13.25" tall (33.5cm)Just fell for it on the basis of visual appeal and engineering qualitybut I know there are collectors out there that could refurbish this beautifullyAm away from internet between 3rd and 10th September so do get in touch with any questions before then if possibleHappy to post overseas and will do so w/c 12th September
