You may return an unused item within 7 days for a refund or an alternative product. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error. Items that bear health & safety issues such as mics, headphones cannot be accepted for refund once the box is opened due to hygiene reasons even with in 7 days. Customers will have right to have them repaired as per their warranty terms. All Software products, such as Anti virus, MS Office etc, once bought cannot be refunded as per standard policy about such products.
