Sale is only for the tent, rain fly with vestibule,tent poles, tent stakes and a storage sack only. This tent has been stored in even temperatures and is very clean on all sides of the fabric, a very few minor dirt stains, set-up two times only. One cleat end has been replaced with a metal carabiner styled closures for easier access to vestibule closure foot, on the vestibule sheet. There are no tears or rips to the tent fabric body itself, very - very clean.
