Gorgeous, well-loved, and well taken care of County Stabilizer 17M sadly offered for sale. The 17" tree is generously sized - I am normally a 17.5 and fit comfortably in this saddle.Dot-to-dot measures 4" to 4.5" depending on where you are measuring, as County saddles don't have dots. The tree is a true medium but fits a hair on the wider side - perfect for the average warmblood and works great on TBs and narrower horses with a half pad. I have ridden 20-30 horses in this saddle and it has worked for all of them. I purchased this saddle used three years ago and it came with some minor cosmetic damage - see close-up photos of the cantle for details. These scratches are minor in person.Please also note that the saddle appears a rich, even brown in person. I purposely took the photos in the harshest possible light so the natural color variation on the seat is disclosed - but again, it looks very even in person. This saddle looks right at home in the show ring and has been to many A shows.This saddle is so well taken care of that you can fold the flaps in half with one hand. It is extremely comfortable to sit in.The flaps measure 14.5" across at the widest point and 15" from stirrup bar to the bottom of the flap. Seems to fit a bit long/forward but many ages/sizes have ridden in the saddle and all have remarked how nicely it fit them.
