Setup took about 20 minutes, you'll have to adjust it a little once done but overall was pretty straight forward. The two side rooms fit a queen size blow up mattress for the kids. it was a tight fit but worked great. The middle tent also had a queen size air mattress with plenty of room for storage of clothes and bags.
