I purchased this fresh a professional guide that closed his business. This was only used for one season. It was just professionally cleaned. No rips or tears or weird smells. In very good overall shape. Some staining of the fabric but is clean. There is no stove jack. One could probably be added if someone wanted one. There are 3 pole grommets on one side and 5 on the long side. This was an $1800 tent when he purchased it. Look at the company's website to see the details on how these are made.
