Vtg Monarch DULUTH PACK Original #2 Canvas Leather Canoe Backpack 25H x 24W. Includes the shoulder strap. See photos. This is a vintage pre-owned item, with lots of wear. There is corroding to the metal, small holes on the bottom (less than 1/4" each), plus a leather patch and stitching over a larger hole (I think this is a cool detail). There are water stains to the canvas, some of the stitching (appx 1 inch on one side and 1-1/2 inch on the other) has come loose at the top where the flap is, and the strap on the left as you face the pack has torn the canvas around it - it is still firmly attached. Also, the stamp showing #2 is faint - see photos. The size of the bag would also indicate that it is a #2. If you have questions, please ask.
