The outer travel cover is faded but no rips tears the stitching is intact and is waterproof,All zips and fasteners work, all windows are fitted with mosquito net for bug free nightslarge Sleeping area 2.3m x 1.4 mClean Mattress no stains or tears.Nylon/Cordura material with PVC travel cover (Not Cotton Canvas).The tent comes with pre attached flysheet and has proven very weatherproof, even on the Breacons.The packages comes complete with 2 lower awning sections, one stained and used, one is brand new in packaging. (The original supplier sent two by mistake).Also comes with ladder extension unit to suit lifted Discovery, the actual ladder is pre attached to the tent baseboard for easy erection.Packed size 1.2 x 2.4 x 0.4m.Cash on collection or electronic transfer by prior arrangement.Collect only will assist in mounting onto your vehicle if equipped with roof bars or flat roof rack.

On 18-Jul-16 at 19:16:26 BST, seller added the following information:To confirm sizes:Packed1.25 m (length) x 1.5 m (Width) x 0.4m (High) Highest point where the ladder is folded down centre section remainder is about 0.3m high.This gives a theoretical sleeping area of 2.5m x 1.5m sleeping when fully open.However the actual usable sleeping takes off about 50mm from each edge giving a sleeping area of2.4m long to opening x 1.4m and a bit width.It is plenty large enough for two adults to sleep comfortably and it is marketed as a 3/4 berth ( It would be cozy).
