I'm not sure but please check your local law on motorized bicycle laws. ( here in Florida they are legal in the bike lane and sidewalks.) In virgina they are street legal pn the road if the seat is under 24inches) All depends on your state! Although these bikes and engine are all the same some things might be a little different.
