Recently removed from Patrol vehicles, Department went to another model of flashlight. Batteries had been removed prior to receiving them. We were told they worked when they were removed however we cannot guarantee them; they are sold as-is-where-is. No returns/exchanges. Batteries & bulbs are plentiful & can be found several places online or over the counter.
