The Silva Trail Speed 2XT is a lightweight and compact headlamp with great light output for the advanced runner, skier or cyclist.
Using the supplied 3300 mAh 7.4 V lithium-ion battery, it offers a maximum output of 660 lumens and a beam range of 90 metres.
The lithium-ion battery pack is easily charged up using the included USB charging cable that goes into the USB port on the computer or into a USB mains/car charger adaptor that can be purchased separately on our website.
The Trail speed 2XT is modular and can easily be switched between the headband, helmet or the bike handlebar by using the brackets supplied.
A large push button on the side of the torch turns the light on by holding for 0.5 seconds and then cycles through max, min and wide with each press. The blink mode is activated by pressing and holding the button for 1 second.
Utilising the Silva Intelligent Light® technology, which is a combination of a focused long distance light and a wide angle flood light, it gives the user peripheral and long distance vision at the same time.
While in use a low battery indicator will flash both LEDs for one second and repeat again after 5 seconds to let you know battery power has only 20% remaining.
