Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund policy. - Items are generally shipped out within 1 business day after your payment has been cleared (Sat, Sun, & Public holidays excluded). - All orders will all be shipped via UPS (tracking number available). The shipment usually takes 5-7 business days (Saturday, Sunday, & Public holiday’s excluded), if you need the item urgently, please contact us for detail before purchase. - Local pick up is not available for any items. - We use eBay’s Global Shipping Program for all international shipments for items that qualify. If international shipping is not an option on a listing, then that item does not qualify, and we cannot ship it outside of the US. - We have absolutely no control over the international shipping cost or import charges, and we will NOT alter invoices for lower import charges. We don’t ship internationally for a reason- it’s slow and costly! Once the item has been delivered to your hired second party overseas freight handler it is no longer in our hands! We will reply to you within 2 business days. - Work Hours: Monday to Friday. - If you do not get a response within 2-3 business days, please check your eBay email or ‘My Messages’. - All our complete bikes are sold “as is”.  We are not able to swap or substitute parts with any other of our listings. - All our components and complete bikes are tested, tuned and checked thoroughly before we list them and are in full working order unless otherwise noted in the product description.  We cannot be responsible for any mechanical issues after purchase due to misuse, wear and tear by the rider, crashing or a “just riding along” type situation. We take the utmost care to package your bike professionally and safely, however we are not in control of the handling once it is shipped. Some minor adjustments may be necessary once you receive your bike. It is recommended that you have it assembled by your local bike shop or a professional mechanic.  Sizing: - Bikes: It is impossible to give accurate sizing info over email, with no other information than your height. We strongly suggest you get measured by your local shop and compare your numbers to the geometry chart provided in the listing. - Clothing: It is impractical and time-consuming for us to measure every piece of clothing we list. Same goes for unpacking and measuring when someone asks for a specific measurement. That being said, pretty much every company provides a sizing chart online. And if you need more information than that gives you, there are often customer reviews out there that discuss sizing. We will not provide sizing information or measurements other than small, medium, large, and so forth. Payment method: - We accept PayPal only. - After you have won the auction, an email will be sent to your eBay registered email address. - If you are paying through PayPal using an eCheck, note that your item will be shipped after eCheck has cleared. - All payments are expected within 5 days after the last winning auction is closed. A non-payment dispute will be opened if full payment is not received. - For fast and accurate shipping, we only ship the item to your verified PayPal address. If you want to change the address, please add a note immediately after you make the payment. We only strive for 5 star positive feedback and will try our best to offer the best service to our buyer.
