This was purchased this new in 1973 according to the Son of the Elderly Senior's Estate. He also said that it was used for Family vacations once a year for five, maybe six years by two adults only, no children, no pets. Not used since 1979 or 1980as best as the Son's Memory goes. This Auction Listing is for ONLY the Canvas Tent with it's Floor & the original Factory Bag - Carry-all case... There are COMPLETE SET-UP instructions and FULL Explanative diagrams on the door flap.

FEATURES
A 12’ x 9’ double coated vinyl nylon floor that extends up ten inches on all sides. A bathtub-type floor.
Very roomy inside. Center height is approximately 8’. Side height by windows is approximately 5’ 7”.
(with the BUYER supplied Telescoping heavy weight aluminum poles all fit/work on the outside of the tent.) Factory Springs and button adjusters make for easy adjusting.
Large front and rear overhangs plus window awnings on each side for extra camping comfort and protection.
A large zippered screen door and three very large screened wall windows allow for maximum air flow. Windows can be zipped closed from the inside for privacy and weather protection.
CONDITION
This tent is in excellent condition with these exceptions of a few VERY small tears (approx 1") in the canvas near 1 of the loop supports but the tent over-all is still FULLY functional/working Camping Condition, Still WATERTIGHT / WATERTITE... A small hole in the pole bag but it remains strong and functional.
