Q2: What are the scope, period and responsibility of warranty?
Your Longroad Vehicle Tent is warranted against defects for 2 years.
Longroad will repair or replace defective product within warranty period.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear condition,or to damage due to misconduct.
Longroad will repair or replace at our potion.
In the event that the tent must be returned to our repair facility for inspection and repair/replacement, owner must assume the cost and liability of freight. Company has no liability for transport damage.
Q3: When clients get the shipping advice after down payment?
Around 20-25 working days
Q4: How do I take care of my roof Top Tent ?
When you first get your Longroad roof Top Tent we recommend that you lightly spray the tent with water including the fly. By doing this, it will allow the thread and the fabric to swell up and fill up holes due to water absorption.
Q5: Is OEM&ODM cooperationavailable?
OEM &ODM cooperation are welcome.
Q6: Can I order one or two pieces as sample at the beginning?
Of course, we prefer our clients to test sample qualityat the beginning and talk about longer cooperative relationship later.
