Gorgeous vintage James Dixon & Sons piggyback sandwich case. Comes with the sandwich tin and drink flask/tin. Has the James Dixon & Sons trumpet hallmark. Case has a gorgeous patina and all the stitching is solid. The front strap is torn and could stand to be replaced. I can arrange for that to be done if auction winner would like, we would just need to work out the specifics. Tins have a few dings here and there as expected from use but are in excellent condition. Piggybacks are less commonly found than your square sandwich cases but always nice to see whenever they turn up in side saddle appointments classes at horse shows and in the hunt field!
