Lyric XOV3RX 3 wheel, 3 speed electric scooter manufactured November 2011 and tested to U.S. Standards. A quality personal transport vehicle for reliable and fun, zero emissions transportation. Collapsable for easy transportation in an automobile trunk (see pictures).
Aluminum frame and front mono-shock suspension fork. Locking security system with alarm. Dual suspension system with shock absorber. Disc brakes - front, mechanical; rear, dual hydraulic. Cruise control, front halogen light, rear LED brake light and horn.
The elevated standing platform is currently configured to ride seated like a scooter with a removable seat (see picture). It operates at cents per mile with 2 Lyric lithium batteries (life PO 25.6v-10AH-260wh) and a front hub motor.
Range is up to 25 miles, a max of 20 mph depending on load capacity and terrain. Lyric manual reports, if you can ride a bicycle without assistance and you are at least 16 years of age, between 5' & 6.5' under 300#, then you can ride the Lyric scooter.
The Lyric is aprx 55 lbs without the 14# batteries. It is 59" long and 25" wide. Collapsed it is approximately 30" long, 33" high and 27" wide for easy lift into automobile trunk.
One owner purchased April 2012 at original retail of $2,500 including the two Lyric lithium batteries which have a replaceable value of just over $1,000 for a comparable battery.
Miles are low, good tire tread. Stored in residence. Original batteries well maintained at an appropriate full charge. Never damaged.
