*** OUTWELL OHIO TENT ***(what exact model or berth, I wish I knew!! Please read below)So here for sale is 1 x Outwell Ohio tent. Now this was purchased by my dad and used once or twice, then donated to me so I could "take the kids away"! However, I didnt have the heart to tell him (after such a generous gesture) that the thought of taking a toddler and a baby camping, absolutely fills me with horror, so the said tent has sat up in my loft since. As a person who would rather put my feet up in a 4* hotel, I am guessing this tent will never see the light of day, hence the ebay listing!I asked my father exactly what tent this is, cleverly thinking I could just google a few images and description with measurements.... but I cannot find this tent anywhere on the internet?? There is a logo stating 'Outwell Ohio' and that's where the investigation ends.I can find a 7 berth Outwell Ohio tent, but it definitely does not look like the images of this tent? So I'm having to improvise this advert - bear with me... I would guess it can accommodate 4 (lean!) people, but then again, if you were all a little on the 'larger' size (or cuddly as my mother says) then maybe 3 of you 'cuddly' people could sleep in there - although as previously mentioned I'm no expert in camping! There is a separate bedroom and a large entrance type area, which I guess would be where you put all your bags and boots etc. (I'm hoping whoever is viewing this advert will possibly know much more about this tent than I do) What I can tell you, and also anyone that knows my father, is that he is an absolute perfectionist and happily spends hours researching any item he decides to part his hard earned cash with, so bearing this in mind, I can confidently presume that this is a good quality, top notch tent, that does what it says on the tin (if only I could find that tin). He also commented he paid around 400-500 quid for it (seriously is that how much a decent tent costs? 4* hotels are cheaper!) So I'm guessing at £150 for a nearly new tent, then I am practically giving it away!!I asked my hubby to put the tent up in the garden (cue grumbles and muttering under his breath), which you can see on the photos. As it was assembled on the decking (to keep it nice and clean for you), it obviously wasn't pegged down. But the pictures should give you a good idea. I took some (very) rough measurements... and I stress the word 'rough' - it was windy, I had the dog pestering me, 2 bored kids spectating and one of those crap Christmas cracker measuring tapes to contend with - so very approximately the sizing is as follows: Length - around 3.5 m either that or a little longer! Height - over 1.4m (just over 4.5 foot)Width - Was around (if not bit over) 2.5 m (over 8 foot)Oh how I wish I had a description to 'copy and paste' off the internet, but hopefully I've answered most questions with my very limited (ok non-existent) knowledge of camping equipment. My husband confirmed (not sure at what point he became a outdoor equipment expert!) that it was a really good quality tent and the tent poles were sturdy and easy to assemble. If you do have any questions, please get in touch.... or if you happen to know what model this is so I can find a proper description, please let me know and put me out my misery, as I would like to sell it or, I would feel obliged to take the little 'hurricanes of mass destruction' (also known as child 1 and child 2) into the wilderness for a 'fun' night under the stars! And trust me, I really don't want to do that! I would much ratheruse the money from selling it to put my feet up in a hotel and view the stars through the window with a glass of Prosecco.
